Raphael W. Tarr is an Electronic Engineer by profession and has over sixteen years (16yrs) of working experience. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering Stella Maris Polytechnic. He has worked at the Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS) as Outside Broadcasting Technician (OBT). Earlier, he worked with the Comium GSM Company as Microwave/BSS engineer, a Microwave Technician seconded by Trigyn Technology to UNMEER-Sierra Leone.

Tarr has acquired series of certificates in aviation related trainings, workshops and seminars both local and international. They include:

  • Certificate, Introduction to Manual Management [Online Course] Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
  • Certificate, Aviation Safety Inspector (ASI) Interpersonal Competencies and Professionalism [Online Course] Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
